Planning Party Thursday night???
Would anyone be interested in meeting @ the church on Thursday night to work on the "Trunk or Treat"? Several ideas have been suggested, but would require someone who is creative to get us going. Someone suggested "Fishers of Men", passing out goldfish to the kids; another idea was "Noah's Ark", passing out animal crackers to the kids! Katy had a great one: "Jonah"...we could give away those whales you find @ walmart! Great ideas, huh? ...Uh...we just need to know how to make it happen..... Will someone pull it together for us???

If we did Fishers of Men, could we do a Go Fish thing where they put a pole over the wall and you clip the prize on the end?
I think the fishing idea would be great. We could print out verses and attach to packages of goldfish. There is also a gummy candy called swedish fish.
Amy & Jennifer & I were trying to figure out how to make the car look like a boat & we thought that kind of thing we could put together Thursday night. Those are great ideas about adding verses to packages of fish and the "Go Fish" activity!! I like the way you are thinking! This is going to be so cute...I just don't have a creative bone in my body.
Some of the ladies in our class did meet tonight at the church and worked on our class's trunk or treat. It's going to be a boat. There will be at least one other night required to finish it, so if you missed out tonight, watch here for another chance in the next few days.
