We've had a busy week so far! Harper had a visit from Early Intervention yesterday. Of course, they found that she is behind on her communication skills, but they also found that her left eye and left hand were a little "slow". Please pray that she was just having an off day.
She had a follow-up visit with the ENT today. Not much news there. Although we will keep doing tests, he said that we will more than likely never find the cause of her hearing loss. He is sending her to a pediatric opthamologist at the eye foundation to make sure everything is okay in that area.
Some good news today---a pediatrician who specializes in developmental delays has agreed to take Harper as a new patient. This is an answered prayer since this doctor hasn't taken new patients in a while!
Keep praying about Tuesday! We are getting really excited about the hearing aids!
We both thank you so much for lifting Harper up your prayers. It means so much having you intercede on our behalf.

Please let me know how the eye visit went. We took Jaxon there because we were refered to them by Dabbs and Hyland. We did not have a great experience with Dr. Cogen mainly because of his bedside manner. We ask for a 2nd opinion and then another referal. We are now using Dr. Metz who we love. Everyone definately has their own experiences and just because we didn't have a great perception of our visit there doesn't mean you will. You may love the Dr. you visit. If not there are other options. We will continue to pray for your family. Please know you can call me and please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
